Drilling a new well, running the annual flow test, or replacing a pump — RouteHouse mirrors the real water system audit and repair report. Static and drawdown levels, GPM, pump and motor readings, pressure tank settings, and the new-well drilling record — captured on a tablet and emailed as a finished Water System Report before the truck pulls away.
Works offline at the well · Installs on any tablet · Priced by the truck, unlimited users
The report is modeled on a real water system audit and flow test, with a compact new-well section that stays blank on routine service. A tech doing a simple inspection fills only what applies — empty fields never print on the emailed report.
Static level, pumping (drawdown) level, flow rate in GPM, pumping duration, max pump pressure and drop pipe size — with a free-text field for staged readings (levels / GPM / psi / amps) as the test runs.
Pump type (submersible, jet, booster, constant-pressure), HP, volts, motor max amps vs measured amps at load, winding resistance and insulation-to-ground in ohms, and the control box date.
Tank type, air pre-charge, switch cut-in and cut-out pressures, and how many gallons the tank draw-down actually delivers — the numbers that tell you whether the system is set up right.
Drop GPS pins on the wellhead, well cap, pitless adapter, pressure tank and control box. Next visit the tech walks straight to it instead of hunting the property.
Rate pump, motor, tank, electrical and piping as OK / Fair / Poor / Replaced, tick off work performed — tank, switch, pump, wiring, pitless, check valve, constant-pressure — and write what still needs attention.
Log chlorination, samples taken and observed issues (sediment, iron, sulfur odor, cloudy, bacteria). Drilling a new well? A compact section captures permit, method, depth, casing, screen, grout and estimated yield.
The tech picks his name, sees the day's stops, taps the next one and gets directions — with the property's well history already loaded.
One tap logs GPS, time and weather and starts the timer. He chooses inspection, repair, install or new well, and drops a pin on the wellhead.
Static and drawdown levels, GPM, pressures, amps and tank settings — plus condition ratings, photos and the customer's signature.
One tap emails the Water System Report — customer and office both copied — and he's on to the next stop.
Works on any tablet or phone with GPS and a camera — nothing to install from an app store. See system requirements & what to buy →
