RouteHouse for Roll-off Dumpsters runs the whole operation in one app: a numbered container fleet you can actually find, a yard and dispatch board, drop-offs, swaps and pickups, weight tickets that turn into money, and rental days you stop giving away. And if you already pump septic or grease, it's the same app on the same trucks — no second system, no double entry.

“We are very happy with… the app. RouteHouse has been great to work with!”

If you already pump septic or grease, your container rentals, swaps and hauls run in the same RouteHouse app — same crew, same customer list, one bill. The roll-off side stops being a whiteboard and a spreadsheet, and nobody's entering the same job twice.
And the app always knows where it is — in the yard, on a site, on the truck, at the landfill, or down for repair. Search a box number and see where it sits, how long it's been there, and what it's been hauling. That's the question you get asked ten times a day, and it's the whole reason this exists.
What's in the yard right now, by size. So when someone calls asking for a 20 tomorrow morning, you know the answer without walking outside — and you don't book a box you don't have.
At the scale the driver enters the ticket number and the gross and tare weights. The app works out the net tons, files the ticket against that box and that customer, and adds the tonnage over what the rental includes straight onto the invoice — at the customer's own per-ton rate. Every ton you bill has a ticket behind it.
Every scale ticket, searchable by box, customer, facility or ticket number. When a GC says "we were never over," it takes one search — and you have the ticket, not an opinion.
The money most haulers never bill. Boxes sitting past the days included in their haul rate, how many days over, and what that's worth — on one screen. One tap puts it on the next haul.
A restaurant or apartment box on a 7, 14 or 28-day swap cycle is billed per swap, not by the day — the app tracks when the next swap is due instead of running up day rent the customer never agreed to.
Drop-off, swap, final pickup, dump and return, live load, or moving a box across the site — each one is its own job type with its own flow. Pick the box, drop it, and the app pins where it went with a photo.
Box in, box out, size, placement, load and fill, prohibited items found, and the scale ticket with gross, tare and net — emailed or texted with the invoice when the job is done.
An overloaded box, a contaminated load, a dry run, or damage — each one raises a follow-up for the office instead of getting lost in a note on somebody's phone.
Scanning a barcode or QR tag on the box,* the office editing a weight ticket after the driver saves it,* and automatic pricing of live-load wait time* are in active development.

Add your fleet by number and size. The app knows what you own, what size it is, and where every one of them is sitting right now.
Drop-off, swap, pull or live load — pick the job type, the rental terms and the box, and it lands on the dispatch board for the day.
The driver gets one-tap directions, sets the box with a photo and a pin, and enters the ticket number and weights at the scale.
Net tons, overage, day rent and the service ticket go out with the invoice — every charge with a scale ticket behind it.
Runs in the browser on any tablet or phone — nothing to install from an app store. See system requirements & what to buy →

The field app runs the haul. This side grows the business — booking, billing, texting and the tools haulers ask for most. It's all built into the same platform.
A 7-day forecast sits on your schedule and flags the days that put weather-sensitive work at risk — each driver sees it on his own jobs. For roll-off that means the frozen-ground or washed-out-site days that turn a scheduled pull into a dry run.
Your whole board in Google, Apple or Outlook — plus a private per-driver link so each person sees only his own hauls, nobody else's.
Turn your site into a booking engine. Use a hosted request page or embed it on your own site — box requests land right on your board and convert to a haul or a quote in one tap, with address autocomplete and an optional auto-text confirmation.
Text from your own registered business number — "your box is on the way" and "we pulled it this morning" go out automatically, with a two-way message center and STOP opt-outs handled for you.
Send a secure "Pay this invoice" link by email or text. Paid and owing reconcile themselves, with an optional cash discount if you'd rather steer customers off cards.
Branded, line-item estimates sent by email or text. Track what's been sent, and turn a won quote into a booked haul in one tap — no re-typing.For roll-off that means a multi-box job or a long-term site rate a GC can approve by text.
A recurring-service pipeline with a dollar forecast — this month out to five years — so you can see the repeat money coming and rebook a customer in one tap.For roll-off that means permanent boxes on 7, 14 and 28-day swap cycles, forecast as money on the calendar.
Any ticket that flags a problem becomes a bookable follow-up — nothing that needs a return visit slips through the cracks, and the work is already scoped. For roll-off that means a damaged box, a blocked pull or a contaminated load turns into a job on the board.

You're priced to the number of boxes you run — not per seat — so every driver and office helper is included at no extra cost. Already run another RouteHouse edition like Septic or Grease? Roll-off is a discounted add-on — one login, one bill.
Prices shown are per plan, not per user — unlimited drivers and office staff on every tier. Annual plans are billed as the annual total shown (e.g. $1,190 per year) — that's two months free versus paying monthly. Fleet size is a guide, not a hard cap; we'll help you land on the right tier. The Fleet tier is quoted to your operation. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
