RouteHouse Payment Terms & Founding Offer
Provider: NextForge LLC ("NextForge"), operator of the RouteHouse service (the "Service").
These Payment Terms are part of the RouteHouse Terms of Service. They describe how RouteHouse subscriptions are priced, when payment is due, and how the Founding Offer is calculated when a customer needs payment terms other than payment in advance. Where these Payment Terms conflict with an executed order form or quote, the order form controls.
1. How RouteHouse is priced
RouteHouse is sold as a subscription, priced per edition (trade) and per tier. Some editions are priced per truck; others are priced by a flat band based on properties or units. You may subscribe to more than one edition; additional editions are discounted.
Two billing cycles are available:
- Monthly — billed each month in advance. A one-time $299 setup fee applies.
- Annual — billed for twelve months in advance at a lower effective rate. The annual rate is already set roughly two months below twelve times the monthly rate, and the $299 setup fee is waived.
The rate shown at signup is an estimate. The amount quoted at checkout, or on a written order form, is the authoritative price.
2. The Founding Offer
The Founding Offer is available to eligible early customers on annual-rate plans committing to a 24-month subscription term. It is not available on month-to-month plans.
Mechanically, the Founding Offer is a percentage discount applied against the full 24-month subscription price. It is a discount on the price of the subscription — not an account credit, a rebate, or a payment made on your behalf. The discount appears on your invoices and reduces the amount you owe before any applicable tax is calculated.
You may have seen this offer described as "pay for your first year and your second year is free." That is the same offer stated in everyday terms. Expressed precisely, it is a 50% discount off the 24-month subscription price: where the first twelve months are paid at enrollment, you pay for twelve months of a twenty-four month subscription and the remaining twelve are at no charge. Where the subscription is paid on an installment schedule, the same 50% is applied to each invoice across the term instead. The total you pay is the same either way.
3. Payment terms and how they affect the offer
The Founding Offer is consideration for payment in advance. If you need extended payment terms, the discount is reduced accordingly. Your rate does not change — you keep the annual rate for the full term regardless of schedule. Only the size of the Founding discount moves.
Stated the other way round: the schedule you choose determines how many months of your second year are free. Paying the first year at enrollment makes all twelve free; slower schedules make nine or six of them free, because you are paying for correspondingly more of the 24-month term.

Payment terms longer than those shown, or schedules not listed here, are available only by written agreement and may carry a smaller discount or none at all.
3.1 Larger agreements and other terms
Each schedule above collects the full contract price within twelve months of enrollment; the 24-month term and your rate are unaffected either way. Where the subscription value is substantial, or where none of the schedules above works for your business, contact us — we will consider a longer installment schedule case by case. Any such arrangement is by written agreement and may carry a smaller discount than those shown.
4. Conditions of the Founding Offer
The Founding Offer, and any extended payment terms, are conditioned on all of the following:
- A 24-month term. The subscription is non-cancellable for 24 months. You may add trucks, units, editions, or tiers at any time; you may not reduce below the committed quantity or tier before the end of the term.
- A valid payment method on file with automatic payment enabled for the duration of the term.
- Payment on time. If an invoice remains unpaid 15 days past its due date, the Founding discount may be withdrawn prospectively and the entire remaining balance of the term becomes immediately due at the undiscounted subscription price, less amounts already paid. Discounts already applied to paid invoices are not clawed back.
- Written agreement where the arrangement differs from standard checkout, including any deposit or installment schedule.
Suspension for non-payment does not extend the term or pause billing.
5. What the discount does not cover
The Founding discount applies to the subscription charges only. The following are billed separately at full price and are not discounted:
- the optional messaging (SMS) add-on and any usage or carrier pass-through charges;
- one-time setup, data migration, onboarding, or white-glove implementation fees;
- third-party charges passed through at cost; and
- any applicable sales, use, or transaction taxes (see section 8).
6. Refunds and the 30-day guarantee
New subscriptions carry a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, that payment is refunded in full and the agreement terminates with nothing further owed. After 30 days, amounts paid are non-refundable and the 24-month commitment applies, including any unbilled installments. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
7. Switching from another system
If you are leaving a competing system with time remaining on its contract, RouteHouse may add one additional discounted month for each full month remaining on your prior agreement, on presentation of your prior contract or invoice. The combined value of the Founding Offer and the switching addition is capped at the equivalent of 15 months of free service. Like the Founding Offer, it is applied as a discount to the subscription price and never as an account credit.
8. Taxes
All prices are stated exclusive of tax. Where RouteHouse is required to collect sales, use, or similar transaction taxes, those are calculated on the discounted subscription price and added to your invoice. You are responsible for any such taxes. If you are exempt, provide a valid exemption certificate before invoicing; we cannot refund tax already remitted.
9. Changes and eligibility
The Founding Offer is a limited promotional program. RouteHouse may change or withdraw it, or change the discount ladder in section 3, at any time for new agreements. Changes do not affect an agreement already signed. Eligibility is determined by RouteHouse and the offer may not be combined with other promotions except as expressly stated.
